OPD/ETU Service
The NPH Out Patient Department (OPD) provides a 24 hour service throughout the year. Experienced Medical Officers provide meticulous care to Patients who visit the OPD. The Emergency Treatment Unit (ETU) is an integral part of the OPD. The NPH ETU is very well equipped to handle any emergency. The following services are provided in the OPD
- 24 hour service
- Admission of Patients to ETU, ICU and Wards
- Provide OPD Procedures such as
- General medical treatment
- Wound dressings
- Suturing
- Injections & Vaccines
- Catheterization & Enema
- Insertion of Nasogastric tubes
- Patient observation and administering intra venous infusions
- Immunization
- Full Medical Check Up’s
- Consultant referrals
- Emergency Treatment Unit with facilities for trauma care
